T0 attend class we require the above information to be filled out and a $25.00 registration fee sent by mail (in the form of check or money order) to hold your place. Credit/Debit & Cash NOT accepted for the registration fee. For the class payment of $100.00 (due at the start of class) we accept check, money order AND cash (onsite only). At this time we DO NOT accept any form of debit/credit.
